Major renovation carried out by “İNTEKS” LLC began in January 2015 and was completed at the end of May of the same year. The first floor of the building contains a lobby, while the remaining 8 floors of the 9-storey building are residential, consisting of 104 two-room apartments. The total area of the building is 6,042 m², including 4,575 m² of residential space and 547 m² of non-residential space. The residential building is located in an elevated area of the city, offering an excellent location with fresh air. Both sides of the building open to beautiful views — to the northern side of the city and to the southern side with a panorama of the Caspian Sea.
The structural design of the building consists of monolithic reinforced concrete double-sided frame systems. Structural elements (foundation, columns, beams, intermediate floor slabs and roof, stair flights and landings) were built using monolithic reinforced concrete.
Two sets of foreign-made elevators meet modern standards, equipped with electronic-automatic control systems, ensuring uninterrupted daily service for the entire building. Apartment entrance doors are high-quality, safe, and also foreign-made. The windows are manufactured from plastic profile with insulated glass units, providing thermal and sound insulation. Interior doors are foreign-made as well. The residential building is continuously supplied with water, household gas, and electricity. Each apartment is equipped with an autonomous “KOMBI” system, providing hot water and steam heating for the living space.
Additionally, the 9-storey residential building is supported by full infrastructure: there are potable and fire-fighting water reservoirs, and the building is equipped with a foreign-made pump station. The residential complex is completely surrounded by stone cladding and decorative metal fencing. The territory of the complex has been landscaped and improved. Parking areas and a children’s playground have also been built. The courtyard is equipped with benches for residents to relax.
