This extensive complex, covering an area of 4.58 hectares, is located 3.5 km from Astara, on the coast of the Caspian Sea. The seismic resistance of the structures under construction is designed to withstand earthquakes up to 9 points. By 2009, the project plans include the construction of a two-storey hotel that meets all European standards, as well as 5 cottages.
The complex will feature a parking area, sports tracks, an indoor swimming pool, a boiler house, a fire-fighting reservoir, an electrical substation, football, volleyball and basketball courts, as well as a tennis court. Recreational spaces are also provided throughout the complex. Shady alleys with comfortable benches and numerous fountains situated in scenic spots will help you relax and rejuvenate.
