Construction of the “Triumf Palace” residential complex is planned at the intersection of Tabriz, F. Mammadov, Garabag, and N. Guliyev streets.
The designated area is conveniently located near the “Jafar Jabbarli” metro station (650 meters). By car, it takes 5 – 8 minutes to reach the city center – the Seaside Boulevard — and 20–25 minutes to reach the airport. Secondary school No. 304 is adjacent to the site.

Security alarm and video surveillance systems are planned to be installed, covering all parking levels, staircases, elevator lobbies, the perimeter of the complex, the courtyard, all entrances, and intercom communication.
A full range of modern services will be provided: telephone, television, internet, and radio.
We plan to install modern equipment that provides 3 stages of water purification:
Mechanical purification, which removes rust, clay, sand, insoluble chemical compounds, microbes, and E. coli
