Capital renovation carried out by LLC “INTEX” began in January 2015 and was completed at the end of May of the same year. On the first floor of the building, there is a lobby; the remaining 8 out of 9 floors are residential, containing 104 two-room apartments. The total area of the building is 6,042 m², including 4,575 m² of residential area and 547 m² of non-residential area. The residential building is located in the high-rise zone of the city, offering the best location with fresh air. The building provides a beautiful view on both sides: the northern side of the city and the southern side overlooking the Caspian Sea.
The structural system of the building consists of monolithic reinforced concrete frames with double-sided connections. The frame elements (foundation, columns, beams, floor slabs, roof slabs, stair flights and landings) were constructed from monolithic reinforced concrete.
Two sets of foreign-made elevators that meet modern standards are installed in the building. Above the elevators, electronic automated control systems are installed, ensuring uninterrupted service for residents around the clock. The apartment entrance doors are stylish reinforced doors, also of foreign production. The windows are made and installed using plastic profiles with double-glazed units, ensuring thermal and sound insulation. Interior doors are foreign-made as well. The residential building is continuously supplied with water, domestic gas, and electricity. Each apartment is equipped with an autonomous “COMBI” system providing hot water and steam heating.
Additionally, the 9-storey residential building is fully supported by necessary infrastructure: there are drinking and fire-prevention water reservoirs, and the building is equipped with a foreign-made pumping station. The complex is completely fenced with stone cladding and decorative railings. The surrounding area of the residential complex is landscaped and greened. Parking areas and a children’s playground have also been constructed. The courtyard is equipped with benches for residents’ relaxation.
